It’s important to us that you receive your order without any unexpected additional charges, that’s why Visco offers next day UK mainland delivery on all orders*. For deliveries outside of UK mainland please contact one of our sales team for an indication of shipping costs.

If purchasing multiple items, please contact us for a quotation which may reduce shipping costs.

Lead Time

At Visco we know that once you have ‘Approved’ artwork, you will be keen to receive your Custom printed Boards to start using them. So, we aim to despatch as soon as we possibly can. Quality takes time though and all our printed boards are bespoke made to order by our skilful production team.

We aim to to despatch your Visco orders within 10-14 working days for standard sized boards. For Bespoke Sized boards we aim to despatch these within 14-21 working days. For orders that are needed quicker than this please contact one of our sales team.

*Please note that there is a courier fee of £5 for delivery to residential addresses

Artwork options explained

I Will Provide – If you have the skills to design your own personalised whiteboard, please choose your specific whiteboard from our Artwork Templates. Using our Artwork Guidelines, please provide a full design in a format requested. You will then upload your artwork when you check out.

File Check – If you already have your custom whiteboard artwork to scale, please upload when you are ready to check out. We would advise that you use our Artwork Templates and Guidelines to ensure your file is compatible. It will also save you the £4.95 File Check charge.

File Assist – We understand that you may not have the programs or skills to create your bespoke whiteboard artwork in a format we require. This is not a problem. We will assist and convert your file from any way you can send to us. Please upload your file when you check out.

We Design – If you have an idea for your custom printed whiteboard but don’t have the time to create your designs we can help you all the way. All we require is your thoughts. The more information you can provide the better. A sketch of the details you want us to copy is perfect. Please feel free to use our Artwork Templates to help with board dimensions. Simply sketch your ideas, take a photo and upload at check out. We will do the rest.

All orders will receive a scaled artwork proof. We will not go to print until we have your full approval.
The maximum artwork file size that can be uploaded at the checkout is 5MB.
Any files larger than 5MB please send to [email protected] via WE transfer.
Artwork can only be uploaded in the following file formats .pdf, .jpg, .png.
